My coach said this about belts and setting up and catching subs. It’s like a car ride
White belt you’re just along for the ride Blue belt is driving but doesn’t have a real clue where they are going quite yet Purple you’re driving and usually have to backup to catch a missed turn now and again Brown belt you’re driving and know where you are heading Black belt you have your coffee, tunes turned up and cruising one handed without gps
