Multiple teams working on multiple projects

Post Body

We have the Premium Jira plan and loosely work in Kanban. We're small and work fast on projects releasing quickly.

We have a few teams with 2-4 people in each team (Design, Front Dev, Back Dev, etc.) that work on multiple projects at once. We’re looking for a way for each team to view tasks assigned to them from all projects in a single team board.

Ideally, The PM creates a task and assigns it to the Design Team Design who works through the task through their workflow before handing it off to a Dev team and so on till the task is complete.

Another idea is to create separate tasks for each team and link them as blocked by the other task. So each department has its’ own Projects and Board. This seems like more work for the PM in setup and reporting.

Thoughts?
