Any tips for memorizing menu items?

Been working at JJs for about a month now, and still only know about half the menu (#1-9). Asked a dude from corporate which sandwiches DONT have LTM on em, and he gave me the tip “3x5=15” .. meaning the 3,5,15 don’t come with the standard LTM. He also has one for the bootlegger, “BT (brown tan, beef turkey)”... any suggestions from y’all? Thanks, tryna get this menu test raise.
