Question about the PDQ point of sales system…

I don’t work at JJ but I just needed to ask if you have had any issues with the POS. I work at a sub shop that has PDQ everything and it sucks. The computers freeze up whenever I try to apply a discount. PQD support sucks, I can barley hear them over the phone. Has anyone else experienced this?
