Making my friend a necklace from my tooth for Halloween (if it’s possible) how do I achieve this look?

I want that gold dipped look while simultaneously attaching it to the chain with a little loop (sorry for the lack of proper terminology!) is it possible for me to achieve this look and If so, how? Preferably without spending TOO much $$$ on equipment and with tools I can but at my local craft store like Michaels.
