Hi folks, I hope everyone is doing well today, I have a couple of questions to ask all of my fellow jewelers...if you guys and gals make jewelry for a living, how do you cope with the uneasiness that you may not make your goal for the day/week/month? Has there ever been any instance in which you’ve wanted to quit and try to find another profession? My mother owns a jewelry store in Nevada and while business has been good, I want to eventually learn from her and take over the family business. But sometimes I get anxious over thinking that there may not be a need for jewelry in the future.
TLDL: How do you cope with the stress of not making quota for the day? Have you guys ever thought about switching to a different profession?
