Looking for a custom bracelet

I'm not quite sure where to ask this so I'm here. My Grandmother passed away recently and I wanted to get something made with her ashes. I looked on Etsy but couldn't find anything I particularly liked. I was hoping to get a pendant of a turtle and put her ashes in it, and then have it on a bracelet. If possible, I'd love her name to be engraved or incorporated somehow. Does anyone here know someone taking commissions or a shop of sorts for this request? Thank you
