Need Advice: How feasible is getting this custom setting made? 21x19mm ring or pendant

So I've had a lab-created ruby that I bought a while back, 41Ct 21x19mm oval, and I quickly learned that the setting pretty much doesn't exist outside of either having one made or modified to fit the gem.

I haven't been to a jeweler yet, but I've been considering it as of late. That said, I was hoping to get advice on how feasible it might be, what costs I might be looking at (I'm fine with cheap metals, I'd just like to feature it on a piece of jewelry rather than let it go to waste), and if anyone had any advice with this sort of thing?
