Need some opinions on a jetta I just bought.

I just bought a 2017 jetta 1.4t tsi. I got it really cheap because of storm damage that I'm going to fix. My question is are they good running cars? This one has 16k miles on it. I bought on a salvage certificate. Only real problem is the roof need replaced.
