Rear Door Lock

2008 SE. Having an issue with passenger side rear door lock. I know these cars have issues with actuators going bad, but I don’t think that is the case. When I hit the button on the remote twice, all doors unlock with no issues. After cutting off the car and hitting the unlock button on the drivers door, all doors unlock except the passenger rear. I noticed this light on the lock for that same door, but not on any of the other doors. Anyone know the cause of this and how to fix it?
