Post Body

So I dropped my 2023 Jetta off at the dealership for service last week. Was told yesterday I could pick up the vehicle after hours as my work ends after they close. I swing by to grab it.

Doesn’t start.

Pops up with a Control Module Malfunction. I message the service advisor in the morning and he says “did you try jump starting it?” I said no it’s a 6 month old battery, the car was working when I dropped it off, why would I need to jumpstart it. They said they’ll look at it and give me an update today.

When I called later, they informed me the advisor left early, said they would transfer to someone who could help and then hung up instead. Called back. Hung up on again.

Tomorrow, it’ll be a week that they’ve had the vehicle, haven’t given me a loaner or offered any type of shuttling. Not sure what to do.
