I just picked this up swapped out the solenoid got it started. Finally was able to bring it down to the lake it was running really nice at first but then I noticed it was bogging down. Finally it just wouldn't start. Brought it back to shore barely opened up to realize the entire engine area was flooded. I did put the bilge plug near the jet back in. Any thoughts of what could cause this? Hull looks in good condition.
