Simple Trailer Question

On the front of my double trailer there are too one was hand wenches that hook up to the front of the ski right? All boat/jetski trailers have that I think. Well the belt inside of that dry rotted and broke. I'm trying to order new ones. What do we call that belt? To be clear the hand wench itself still works, I just need the belt/strap. Any part names or website links would be greatly appreciated
