I got the JetBlue Plus card at the start of the year because I’ll be traveling more and booked about $4.5k in flights at the start of the year, which should give me enough tiles to nearly hit Mosaic 1. But once the billing cycle ended, I was only given 4 tiles and the flights were categorized as regular card spend instead of travel spend. I booked these directly through the JetBlue site. I’ve called both JetBlue and Barclays support and still haven’t gotten it fixed. I made another ~$700 booking on Paisly and that also got categorized as card spend. The agents I spoke to have all told me I’m not doing anything wrong when booking.

I got the card so I could get the tiles before travel so that I’d have the status for my trips and this is so frustrating that I can’t get it fixed. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it?
