I love watching these old clips of JS - it was my guiltiest pleasure when my kids were little and I had cable tv. I must have recorded shows or remembered to watch every time a new episode came on - because I didn’t miss even one.
I remember my cousin from California was living with me and I was like, “What even is a “guido,” and have you ever known someone like that in your life???” Remember, this was pre-IG and Youtube wasn’t what it is today. No Hulu or Netflix… and I legitimately had never come across a person that lived the GTL lifestyle in my part of the country (or in California). Fair to say I got an education and I stayed following Snookie and JW for a long while.
I’m glad some of the new audience is getting to watch the old shows - but the original was an experience, to say the least!
