Equity residential amenity fee

Has anyone lived in an Equity Residential building and can confirm that the amenity fee is only once a year? When you go to the availability on their site and then click to the broken down costs, the amenity fee is listed as a recurring monthly charge. That doesn’t sound correct, right?
Also, any general opinions on Equity buildings (especially Madox or Portside Towers) appreciated!
