Street Parking with Street Sweepers/Cleaners

I’m sure this has been addressed within this reddit thread, but this literally just took place. The picture shows no street parking 10am-noon Tuesdays and Fridays (today’s Monday). The street sweepers just came and left a ticket on my car? Am I missing something with all this as to why they showed up today? Note, I only moved in to the Heights a few weeks ago, haven’t had this occur to me yet
