Hoepker said the people sitting in Williamsburg watching as the buildings came down were âunmoved.â What a jerk. How could he come to that conclusion. Should they be pulling their hair out, weeping?
If you know Hoepkerâs German magazine Stern (it means star) youâd know how itâs quite anti-American.

You canât imagine the enormous negative impact the photo taken 9/11/01 in Williamsburg had on Americaâs image in Germany considering the photographer described subjects as unmoved. Itâs such a famous and powerful image, and with that false description..
