Beware of black Chevy Suburban driver [NJ: S67SYK]

Was just approached by some guy while eating my lunch in the target parking lot area and tried to convince me to fix my bumper but I just rolled my window back up as soon as he mentioned it. He's roaming around the parking lots even near best buy and acme looking for anyone else who has damage to their vehicle. I've seen post a while back before similar to this but just giving y'all a fair warning at your own risk
