not sure what it means by install method

jellyfin was working fine for days and then today i noticed it wasnt autostarting. so i tried some things in windows and nothing worked. so i decided to look in jellyfin itself and thats when jellyfin started freezing at logo screen upon starting up. i cant get by the screen now. included the logs
