A different kind of connection issue

I have a windows 10 server with 10.8.5 on it. Recently I had to move the server from my theater to my bedroom (many reasons) but there is no eth in the bedroom so I am running the server over wireless.

Yes, I know this is not ideal, but it is what I am stuck with for the moment. Everything else runs fine except for Jellyfin. I can not connect with any other client except the server itself.Things I have tried:

variations on the binding in network settings (0.0.0.0, localhost, the IP address, all with and without http://)
Changing the network type from public to private and back again.
Turning off windows firewall
Turning off Mullvad

I haven't changed anything else other than moving from wired to wireless. If anyone has any other ideas I would appreciate it.

EDIT: I should emphasize that it was working perfectly before the network shift was the only thing that changed.
