Jellyfin not seeing folders

Hi everyone I've recently brought a new server and I'm trouble with file permissions on ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
I'm trying to setup my folder structure under /home/name/Jellyfin however it's not seeing any directories under /home/name. I've ran the following commands:
sudo chmod 755 -R /home/name/Jellyfin/ && sudo chown jellyfin:jellyfin /home/name/Jellyfin/ -R
this is the folder permissions list within the Jellyfin directory.
ls -hal
total 12K
drwxr-xr-x 3 jellyfin jellyfin 4.0K Sep 1 19:58 .
drwxr-x--x 4 name name 4.0K Sep 1 19:57 ..
drwxr-xr-x 2 jellyfin jellyfin 4.0K Sep 1 19:58 Movies
I'm hoping this is just a simple fix that I've missed but I can't seem to figure it out
