So I’m current co-operating a small online business that we are looking at turning into a physical business. Right now, however we cannot find the size of place with what we need for cheap enough to start up. So I figure I’d take it to social media and see what I could find.

I am in need of an 800~ sq foot open area(up to) that I can use from 5pm to 11pm(once a month later than that).

I don’t need any place to keep stock outside of possible storage for chairs and tables.

I had one place in mind downtown, but it ended up getting rented out. We were borrowing the art center on Saturday’s until covid hit. Now we are paying and utilizing the River Region Community Room when we can.

If anyone knows of any area for rent in JC with that small of an area, or possibly a business that I could possibly work with to maximize their location area, please hit me up!

Just to let people know, this is for opening up a card/board game location for people to come hang out/play card and board games a few days a week. We are currently looking to implement community rooms around town, but it’s hard sharing the time slots or there is a time limitation with them.
