Does anyone know any operations that help a "High arched palate" and the back of my palate is really high in general.

Hey guys!

My issue is a high arched palate, my palate was already really high in the back as well before the arch happened due to involuntary tongue thrusting.

Now I have nasal obstruction due to the back of my palate being really high the high arch now.

Does a three peice lefort help to lower a palate in a way that can relieve pressure / obstruction in the nasal cavity? I also wonder if CCW rotation stops obstruction.

I will have to get DOME/MARPE/MSE done, which should help my arch but what other procedures could help my high palate and high arch in a way that stops nasal obstruction?
