I mouth breathed most my life but the last year I’ve been trying my hardest to nasally breathe and have been recently doing it really well and taping my mouth while I sleep. I do have somewhat of a mouth breather face and recessed chin. I still have baby fat especially on my face and I’m not in the best shape. If I continue to nasally breathe new and chew gum and lose that face fat will my face look better? And can I reduce the mouth breather face even if it’s a little bit or is that opportunity out the window? I searched it up and the jaw isn’t fully devoloped until ur early 20s just looking for some other opinions?
