Iām 16m and I have a mouth breather face cause I mouth breathed most of my life because my nasal passage ways have been mostly blocked and need surgery to open. I have been trying my hardest to breathe nasal for the past year and chew gum and have seen a little change but not to much. I just want to know am I too far gone because there is a lot a damage done ( recessed chin, long nose, long face shape) or can I still fix it and revert the damage or am I doomed? Please answer. Also Iām looking for surgery to fix my nasal and plan to have it done soon. Also u should know I am a little chubby not fat I am a pretty athletic kid but I still have a little fat on my body and on my face so that could also be a factor just saying.
