Hi all, I am 3 weeks post LJS and 4x wisdom teeth removal, for a 100% overbite. Im very happy with the results, my only concern is that I still have no feeling in my lower lip (specifically the left hand side of the lip).

I had feeling return to my top lip and the right hand side of my lower lip within days of the surgery. There has been no improvement from the left hand side of the lip all the way to the bottom of the chin, i have no sensation there and am having difficulty speaking clearly due to not being able to control this area of my mouth.

I understand that it can take some time for feeling to return, but im hoping for your input. For those who had no nerve damage complications, how long did it take for feeling to recover?

For those who did have complications, how long with no improvement before you suspected that there was an issue?
