Osteotomies to fix negative orbital vector

Hello friends. I eventually plan to get a CCW rotational Bimaxillary osteotomy to improve my jawline for aesthetic reasons. However, I also have recessed infraorbitals giving me the appearance of tired eyes. I have a negative orbital vector and I want to know if there are any osteotomies which can improve the negative orbital vector and fix my tired eye look
