Hello Whatâs the process of returning an item back to Amazon US? I requested a refund on the website and it has me print out a few papers And I think I selected to pay the shipping myself The return address is a US address (I am in Japan and returning to Amazon US)
The âReturn Mailing Labelâ is self explanatory, they are pasted outside the box. It says to give the âCommercial Invoice to the carrier you select to ship your return packageâ Who exactly do I give the âCommercial Invoiceâ to? I asked the guy at JP Post and he had no idea. (I plan on using JP post) The âReturn Authorization Slipâ is self-explanatory.
So I short, who do I give the âCommercial Invoiceâ to? The guy at JP post? And what do they do with it? Do they even need it? Do they know what to do with it? All the return papers are in English, so they canât even read it. Do I mail this US Amazon return item to the US using a normal EMS form?
I am so confused And I have a set date to return the item.
Could someone explain the process in an easy to under manner? That would be helpful Thanks
