Hello What’s the process of returning an item back to Amazon US? I requested a refund on the website and it has me print out a few papers And I think I selected to pay the shipping myself The return address is a US address (I am in Japan and returning to Amazon US)

The “Return Mailing Label” is self explanatory, they are pasted outside the box. It says to give the “Commercial Invoice to the carrier you select to ship your return package” Who exactly do I give the “Commercial Invoice” to? I asked the guy at JP Post and he had no idea. (I plan on using JP post) The “Return Authorization Slip” is self-explanatory.

So I short, who do I give the “Commercial Invoice” to? The guy at JP post? And what do they do with it? Do they even need it? Do they know what to do with it? All the return papers are in English, so they can’t even read it. Do I mail this US Amazon return item to the US using a normal EMS form?

I am so confused And I have a set date to return the item.

Could someone explain the process in an easy to under manner? That would be helpful Thanks
