Large bike for someone who is 195cm? something close to a 60cm frame? Largest I have seen is 48.

I am a big guy, I would like to get around without a car if possible but that would require finding a comfortable bike for myself. The bike I had in the states before moving here was a 61cm frame, which is huge even for US bikes. I have been to two bike stores here and both the largest frame was 480mm. I tried looking rakuten but didn't see any large bikes there either.
Anyone know where to get an unreasonably bike?
