Verifying fake Kapital from TheRealReal

So, I bought a Kapital fleece from TheRealReal, final sale on holiday discount. Imagine my disappointment upon opening it up to find a "Kapital Man" replica in my hands. I should have done my research beforehand, as I have since found this same fake from TheRealReal on an earlier post in this subreddit. For all I know, it could be the same exact fleece. Since realizing my mistake, I have contacted TRR's customer service and complained. Although they were "certain that the item was authentic," they are allowing me to return the item for re-authentication. My worry is, given that their authentication process is clearly not actually qualified to spot fakes, that they may refuse to acknowledge the fake and refund my money. To be safe, I'm looking to build a case with my credit card company to chargeback on the purchase in the event that TRR will not refund me. For this, my bank recommends getting a third-party statement verifying that the item is indeed illegitimate. Had this been a purchase of an American brand, I would look for a retailer to find an expert to authenticate my item. However, I unfortunately do not live in an area where Kapital is sold retail. Therefore, I'm turning to this subreddit to ask for help. Here's what I'm asking for:

  1. A certified reseller, retail employee, fashion expert, or something along those lines who can provide credentials verifying that they have the necessary expertise to authenticate Kapital merchandise
  2. Identification of clear indicators that the product received from TheRealReal is inauthentic, which I can use to show to the people from my bank who likely are unfamiliar with Kapital merchandise (Let me know if you need any other pictures)

If you're willing, it would be great to correspond over email, as that may be the easiest way to document findings while verifying authenticator identity. However, I believe posts/responses/messages on reddit may also work.

I greatly appreciate any help with this! And never using TheRealReal again lol
