I'm looking to enter the Math Grad School in Kyoto University, and was wondering if anyone here has experience studying there, since I saw in the website that housing costs only 400 Yen a month, which looks incredibly cheap. I don't know if I'm reading it incorrectly or what not, or if it is indeed a special price for students. Also, my main question is: When trying to contact the university via Email, do I have to send it in some special way? I've sent the Contact Office emails (in English) and haven't had a reply. I don't know if the gmail emails are getting filtered or not. (When I visited in Summer they were really kind, so I don't think they are dumping my Emails)
