[meta] CSS update for the Subreddit

As you may have noticed, I added some awesomeness to the subreddit.
If anyone has any suggestions for the logo and top banner... let me know and I can change it.
PS, I'm a complete noob at CSS, so if anyone can figure out how to move the "user bar" down to the white space, let me know. (it seems to work properly with chrome, so it might just be RES messing with my settings?)
