Winter Warmers: Day 25 - meeting the Dad

There is very little mention of Selwyn Tarth in ASOIAF, except during Brienne's chapters obviously, but today I would like to think about Jaime meeting Selwyn for the first time. Is it on Tarth, or somewhere else? Does Jaime meet him as Jaime or as ~someone else? And how does Selwyn react to meeting Jaime, given his reputation throughout Westeros? Expand on your thoughts below, please!
