ExtensionLoader: Injection of MyTweak.dylib failed: '(null)'

As the title says, for some reason I can't even get my tweak to load.
Trying to run on an iPhone XR 13.5, am correctly compiling for arm64e with 13.0 sdk, latest unc0ver jailbreak. Just trying to load the vanilla Theos template here.
This happens with both Apple stuff and third-party apps.
Any suggestions? I've tried rejailbreaking but no dice.
