Scheduling a native quick reply notification

I'm trying to display a banner notification with the text field in it like the Messages app.
From what I can see, it has a BBAction (CKBBActionIdentifierReplyInAlert) that sets it apart and somehow MessagesNotificationViewService gets involved by adding the text field and send button.
I've tried scheduling a local notification from the Messages app itself, but that doesn't seem to work. With or without actions and categories.
I've also tried perfectly replicating a BBBulletin from a text notification and passing it through SBBulletinBannerController but it just shows a normal notification.

Anyone have any ideas?
