Keyboard tweaks and per-process instances
Post Body

So from a quick question on IRC, it seems that when you make tweaks that use UIKit, it'll have to be loaded into all processes that use UIKit. That sounds like a lot.

I'm trying to port my keyboard to cydia, and it's based on OpenGL right now. Seems like having to initialize an instance for every process would be pretty expensive, memory wise, because it loads quite a large dictionary.

Is there a better solution to this? Completely new to jailbreak here, so I have no idea what's doable. Is it possible to put an overlay on springboard that pops up when the keyboard is active, and replace it, etc?
