Porting a 2-hand slide keyboard to cydia.. on Linux?

I've developed this keyboard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jTecUnSgHXw and I want to make it work for any apps in iOS -- which at this point means it has to be run on cydia.

So the question is, can this be done on linux? Where do I even begin with this task? Which framework should I look at that will let me handle the keyboard input?

The app currently is done completely in OpenGL, so I guess as long as I can get an openGL view to appear where the keyboard usually appears, I'd be a happy camper.
