[request] A tweak to download videos from safari on ios 13

i have safari plus installed but for some reason it can download everything except videos that are being played, i tried youtube, i tried vimeo, and i even tried videos on reddit, i see a download toggle on top left but when i press it, it either does download or says error 403 forbidden
i do have dleasy but it doesn’t work on browsers
Are there any alternative video downloaders for safari or any other browsers for playing videos?
