[Request] A tweak that shrinks the screen diagonally (for larger iphones) when the home button is double tapped.

i know stock ios slides the screen down to make reaching things easier but i figure it would be even better if the contents of the screen just shrunk down from either top corner to the size of an iphone 5 or whatever.
