I have my iPhone 5s on iOS 9.1 public beta 1, I don't mind losing data in this device so I could reset it to iOS 9.0 via iTunes. Let's call this iPhone 1
I also have another iPhone 5s that is on iOS 8.1.1. Let's call this iPhone 2
I want to move everything from iPhone 2 onto iPhone 1 while still keeping it on iOS 8.1.1. And then wipe iPhone 2 whilst still retaining iOS 8.1.1.

The end result should be iPhone 1 with all the data from iPhone 2 on it and iPhone 2 wiped clean but still on iOS 8.1.1 as I want to jailbreak but went past 8.4.

Losing the data on iPhone 2 is not an option because it is a friends iPhone, if anybody can help me out then it will be greatly appreciated.
