First off I'm on an iPhone 6 iOS8.3. I've been having a problem the past few weeks or so. Every so often when I open my camera on my device it will respring, not into safemode, just resprings. And then it will open fine and be able to take pictures. It also happens when I open snapchat or any other app that uses my camera.

I've done some research on the subreddit and apparentally some other people are having the exact same issue which leads me to believe a certain tweak is causing it that hasn't been pinpointed.
