Some working alternative for iTools

I have iPhone 6, 64GB iOS 8.1.2 with TaiG JB. My uncle jailbreaks lots of phones so he has iTools 3 and my phone was detected in that. But when i installed iTools 3 in my Windows laptop (latest and older), my phone wasn't detected. It shows this error and opens this link. I tried different USB ports, restarting AppleMobile and Bonjour services but no luck. A fix on this or some alternative would be a great help. Thanks.
