better way of installing WatchSpring?

does anyone know better way to install WatchSpring? i've tried bother SSH way and straight from the devs repo. both HAD worked for awhile and then stopped and now no matter what I try (minus full restore) I cannot get it to work. better yet has anyone found a way to make WatchSpring play nice with Cydia Sub?
