So i installed afc2add, and then i rebooted my device, when i turned it back on cydia was no where to be found. I tried spotlight, looked for it everywhere, i had GBA.emu installed and tapped WiiMote Support, it said BTStack Not Found, Install from Cydia? Now if i were to tap this with a non-bugged ipad it would send me to cydia, now it just does nothing. My ipad is still jailbroken, i have all my tweaks, apps and they all work fine, cydia is just gone.
Also, I asked saurik for help but it looks like he forget it.. C: Ill post what he asked me for diagnosis and what i answered. Saurik Asked: Can you check the output of "dmesg" to see if there are any errors being reported by the kernel? I presume you have a folder /Applications? Is /Applications a symlink? Where does it point? If you "cd /Applications", does that work? If you "ls -la" from inside of that folder, do you see Cydia.app? Can you paste the line for Cydia.app? If you type "cd Cydia.app", what happens?
I answered:
Okay, im going to do a Q and A type of thing here.
Q:Can you check the output of "dmesg" to see if there are any errors being reported by the kernel?
A:Oh god, it printed a boatload of lines. Take screenshots and send them to you, or is that okay? It starts like this: (0x87267e40) Waited 0 ms for display to disable
000000.000111 IOAV and from there it seems like a boatload of mumbojumbo. There are 2 errors. AppleKeyStore: operation failed (pid: 400 sel: 26 ret: e00002e2 Few lines later: void IMSGSGParameterBuffer::checkUsageForGrow() - WARNING - PB unable to grow, as max size reached (0)->(0) And thats it. Don't see anything else...
Q: I presume you have a folder /Applications?
A: I do, i can't see cydia.app or Cydia in there.
Q: Is /Applications a symlink? Where does it point?
A: Sorry i don't know those terms.. Q:If you "cd /Applications", does that work?
A: Only thing it changed, is instead of my device showing iPad-van-(myname):~ root#, to this:
iPad-van-(myname): /Applications root#
Q: If you "ls -la" from inside of that folder, do you see Cydia.app?
A: No, i can see all the folders inside of my /Applications, but Cydia.app is no where to be seen.
Q:Can you paste the line for Cydia.app?
A: It's not there :(
Q:If you type "cd Cydia.app", what happens?
A:It says: -sh: cd: Cydia.app: No such file or directory
