How to become clean?

I'm on iOS 6.0.1 and I want to get rid of my jailbreak completely, i'm on a tether jailbreak right now and I know I have to uninstall EVERYTHING and delete mobilesubstrate in Cydia.
Since Installous is gone, how do i get rid of my downloaded app data?
