UPDATE: JFRD says situation is clear.

Original posts: No details yet that I can find beyond what was aired in a tv alert that said JFRD issued an evacuation order because of a chemical leak incident along Philips Highway near JTB. It said to her people and pets together and evacuate and to look for signs and emergency personnel to follow. It didn’t give any more specificity.
