I had a contractor renovate my house about 2 years ago and keep running into more and more problems. Just found out today that we need a plumbing repair that will cost roughly 3k because of the contractors shoddy work.
I am currently in the small claims process but canβt get the court to actually set the date. The amount that I would like to sue for has officially passed the 8k small claims threshold and I would like to hire a good attorney. At the same time, I have a baby on the way so I am trying to keep it as inexpensive as possible.
Any good recommendations?
