Help me find this game Im going insane

I'm trying to remember the name of this game Jack played a while back. The game took place in an abandoned village and you'd go up to little golden balls and they were people who spoke. You'd hear the conversations and once they were done, they would turn to dust and whisp away into the night sky. There was also an observatory. It's driving me mad, I can't remember the name of the game nor can I find it.
