A question?
Post Body

I have a jack Russell/corgi mix. Not positive about it, but pretty sure of it. Anyways I was walking him on his leash, as I do routinely everyday. He jumped straight up backwards. Like something startled him. Now he is favoring his paw and won't let me touch it. I think, and hope maybe he got stung by a wasp or something. Anyway I can diagnose a sprain without taking him into the vet. He jumped up on the sofa no problem. But limping around the house. As I examine his paw, he bites at me when I touch the pad of his paw. This sounds like a sting? Doesn't it? Any insight or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
